Most people may think of worrying things whenever the word cholesterol is mentioned though they should not since once they understand what it is and how cholesterol threatens their health they will learn to change things in order to carry on maintaining good health. To be sure, cholesterol is alcohol and steroids combined and this amalgamation is referred to as sterol, plus, it is also a fat that is called a lipid. Also, the most part of the cholesterol that our bodies have is formed by the liver whereas the remaining quantities are in realty ingested from the foods that we eat.
As far as suffering from elevated cholesterol levels, the main culprit is saturated fat that causes the liver to fabricate excessive amounts of cholesterol, and trans fats also create the same type of result. Though cholesterol is also enclosed in animal foods, there is none of it in vegetables and other plant foods, and when in fat form it doesn't dissolve in blood.
